Six Sentence Sunday 5

A big warm welcome to Six Sentence Sunday, thank you for stopping by, please follow the link to the complete list of fantastic authors and their wonderful stories or search #sixsunday on twitter. This week I am continuing from my short story, Positional Sacrifice.

Struggling to keep control, when his intention in the shower had been to slowly savour her, we were left with him gasping from fellatio and urgently needing to thrust himself deeply inside her again.

——————————

Startled by his sudden almost desperate reaction, she hesitated, but only for a split second. He was so immediate and forceful, hungry to devour her, his driving need encapsulating her in waves of heady delight.  She spun around, freeing her arms from his grip, yearning to again feel his burning desire.

She walked her hands down the wall of the shower, the curves of her shape cascading like a sensual silk gown, and rested on the lip of the recess. Instantly he grasped her hips,  mesmerized by her beautiful form . She wanted his deep penetration, and in this position she was going to move and control the depths of his urgency.

I really appreciate and value your comments, so please if you have time, I would love to know what you think. I wanted to share the magic of eyes with you today, I’m in love with the language of a look, and as I discovered Gayle Ramage and Layna Pimental are kindred eye loving spirits, so I set about finding something to gaze at.

I instantly thought about Steve McQueen and how I fell in love with his eyes the first time I saw the chess scene from The Thomas Crown Affair. It is an incredibly erotic and sexy scene, starring the eyes. I found it for you but as it lasts around seven minutes, so when you can sit back, and relax, CLICK HERE.

The clip below is for now,  so if for a few seconds you can gaze into Steve McQueen’s eyes to a song from the soundtrack called, His Eyes Her Eyes. It has the most fantastic lyrics. Enjoy.

The Thomas Crown Affair is a film from 1968 starring Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway

I really hope you enjoy your week, and I am really looking forward to next weeks Six Sunday to give you more of Positional Sacrifice. Take Care.

  1. I like the ‘watery’ words used in this – “cascading”, “in waves of”, etc. Quite apt since they’re in a shower! Great snippet!

  2. Very hot and urgent. Love that. Only a minor suggestion–this sentence: “Instantly he grasped her hips, mesmerized by her beautiful form.” seems to shift into his POV, when the rest of the excerpt is from hers. Just a thought, and didn’t detract from my enjoyment of your six!

    1. You are so right, I seem to jump POV a lot in the draft. Definitely something to do a whole read through and revision on. Thank you so much for your feedback, I really appreciate it.

    1. I have to find a way to separate the characters in my mind, the POV seems to jump around a lot in the draft.

  3. “She walked her hands down the wall of the shower, the curves of her shape cascading like a sensual silk gown” – that is beautiful! Love it so much!

I like both versions of the Thomas Crown Affair but the chess scene makes the original my fave. That, and McQueen! That chess scene is sexier than most of the more explicit sex scenes in newer movies.

  4. So much to say here. The excerpt was sensuous, sexy. I love the remake of The Thomas Crown Affair. And, I love the vintage photo in your most recent post. It’s so fun and unexpected.
