Thank you for your interest! My name is Alix and I live in Melbourne, Australia.  I am a professional strategist, currently working in MMORPG (Massive Multi-player Online Role Playing Games) Communications, but I have extensive experience within the Australian  Arts Industry. Five weeks ago, I started this project. Five weeks ago, I had written one raunchy sex scene, today I have two first draft short stories, and the very bare bones of a novel. In three weeks I have a deadline. I will be sending to an interested publisher a revised draft of my first short story, Positional Sacrifice, and the first eight chapters of my novel, No Soft Soap. From there we will see if this project has any real legs.

Commenced Wednesday 8th June 2011

Welcome, I’m Alix, and I have been asked to write an erotic novel. I have never done this before. I have exactly eight weeks from today, Wednesday 8th June 2011 to produce at least the first eight chapters  fucking 30,000 words and work my original sex scene into a short story another fucking 10,000 words.  After I submit this work, my publisher, Shirley, hoping she likes it all, will move to the next stage and I’ll get my first ever advance.

There are several reasons I have decided to blog, or journal my experiences.

I have always been more conscience of time management if I’m documenting it, and I can commit to what I have to do and then will achieve it. Processes also fascinate me, and I’m always keen to enjoy the journey as much as the result. And what a process it is going to be, so sharing it will help me think, discover more about this industry, find and follow other authors and hopefully get some feed back from avid consumers of this genre.

You will find out I got hooked on feeling horny and couldn’t stop writing.all about me and my first experiences with writing erotic fiction in the posts. But what drives my need to share is I find the world is a much better place when you can feel how alive you are, everything is more vivid and exciting. I want to give you what a beautiful charming soul gave back to me.
